Auxiliary Clerks. Any Auxiliary Clerk, who work fifty percent (50%) or more and employed with Cincinnati Public Schools as of May 28, 2014, who is on an external open to the public eligibility list as of the ratification of this contract will be moved to the appropriate internal eligibility list. These Auxiliary Clerks will be merged on to the internal list according to their external test score.
