Auxiliary persons. 14.1 Trademix, without prior approval from the Buyer, is entitled to engage third parties for the execution of the Agreement. In the event Trademix has engaged a third party for the execution of the Agreement, these Conditions also serve to protect this third party towards parties other than Trademix and this third party will be able to rely on these Conditions towards parties other than Trademix.
