Auxiliary persons. In consultation with the Client, VLCI is entitled to engage auxiliary persons in the performance of (parts of) the Commission.
Auxiliary persons. 14.1 Trademix, without prior approval from the Buyer, is entitled to engage third parties for the execution of the Agreement. In the event Trademix has engaged a third party for the execution of the Agreement, these Conditions also serve to protect this third party towards parties other than Trademix and this third party will be able to rely on these Conditions towards parties other than Trademix.
