Availability and Service Levels. We will use reasonable endeavors to ensure the Service meets the then-current service level standards as specified in the Documentation, except for: (i) planned Maintenance (of which we shall give reasonable notice); (ii) any unavailability that is necessary to protect you, Sage or our subcontractors (wherever practicable we will give you prior notice of such unavailability); (iii) any unavailability caused by a Force Majeure Event; or (iv) where we suspend your access to the Service in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
