Common use of Availability of Class Specifications Clause in Contracts

Availability of Class Specifications. A manual of all current class specifications shall be available at METRO’s Personnel Office for review by employees and Union representatives. An employee may obtain a copy of any class specifications from METRO Human Resources Department. Upon appointment, each new employee shall be provided with a copy of the employee’s class specifications. Further, an employee shall be given a copy of the amended class specifications as changes occur.
