Availability of consultants. IPA shall make available to the Renewal Contract Coordinating Committee at the latter’s request, all consultants and advisors on financial matters, including, but not limited to, financial advisors and bond counsel (but excluding the general legal counsel of IPA), that are retained by IPA and such consultants and advisors shall be authorized to consult with and advise the Renewal Contract Coordinating Committee on financial matters.
Availability of consultants. Xxxxx Xxxxxx will use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that the agreed upon consultant is available for Client to provide Professional Services on the agreed upon time slots. In this respect, the consultant may be unavailable at certain times due to a business activity of Xxxxx Xxxxxx, training or other reasons.
