Availability of Faculty after Semester. All faculty shall communicate to students what their availability will be during the two week period following the submission of final grades for each class. Faculty can make themselves available to students via scheduled office hours, telephone, or e-mail, and are responsible for communicating this availability to students prior to the last day of class. If faculty are not available during the two weeks after grades are submitted for the class, then they will communicate to students the next time they will be available and by what means.
