Availability of Information Regarding School District. The Board agrees to furnish the Association, in response to reasonable requests from time to time, all available information which is available to the public concerning the financial resources of the District, together with information which may be necessary for the Association to process any grievance or complaint. It is understood that this provision shall not be construed so as to require the Board, without adequate compensation from the Association, to compile information and/or statistics in any form other than that win which they are readily available. The furnishing of any and all information, however, is subject to applicable law.
