Availability of Other Products and Services. As May Be Requested The Travel Agency, where applicable and upon request of the travelers, shall provide other services including, but not limited to, the following: Package Tours and Promotions for Personal Travel Preferred Seating Arrangements /Upgrades Privileged Check-in Services/Use of Airline Lounges Facilities VIP Services Excess Baggage/Lost Baggage Ground Transportation/Car Rental Hotel reservation Emergency Services, e.g., sickness, injury, etc. Travel Insurance Transfer-Out Assistance Travel Assistance/Support to Conference/Special Events Provide support to UNDP travelers in the airport in case of problems (information on flights delay, missing flights, etc.) Meet and Greet Facilities The Travel Agent shall assist the UNDP in obtaining visas. This assistance shall consist of providing the forms and applications for visa requests, providing visa information to travelers, conducting visa assistance follow-ups, keeping appropriate records thereon, using and making arrangements for issuance of visas. Travel Agent shall indicate any special features, programmes, or services that would be beneficial to the UNDP and its travellers (e.g. visa processing, "Meet and Greet", Lost baggage follow-up, insurance, preferred seating arrangements, ).

  • Scaling Other Products The Scaled vol- ume of material presented for Scaling in forms other than those stated in A2, when appropriate, shall be converted to the A2 unit of measure by the application of standard converting factors and procedures in effect at the time the sale was sold.   • Exclusion of Products and Services If a deliverable or service that is subject to this Agreement is deleted, lost, stolen, destroyed, damaged, sold, replaced, or otherwise disposed of, the CPO may exclude it from the operation of this Agreement by notifying Contractor in writing. The notice takes effect immediately on its receipt by Contractor. More than one notice may be given. When a notice is received, Contractor shall delete the charge for the excluded deliverable or service from the sum(s) otherwise due under this Agreement.

  • Products and Services General Information The Vendor Agreement (“Agreement”) made and entered into by and between The Interlocal Purchasing System (hereinafter “TIPS”) a government cooperative purchasing program authorized by the Region 8 Education Service Center, having its principal place of business at 0000 XX Xxx 000 Xxxxx, Xxxxxxxxx, Xxxxx 00000 and the TIPS Vendor. This Agreement consists of the provisions set forth below, including provisions of all attachments referenced herein.   • Availability of Services CBT agrees not to discontinue or refuse to provide any service provided or required hereunder other than in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, or unless required by the Commission.

  • Additional Products and Services Subject to the allocation of funds, the CPO may add similar equipment, supplies, services, or locations, within the scope of this Agreement, to the list of equipment, supplies, services, or locations to be performed or provided by giving written notification to Contractor. For purposes of this Section, the “Effective Date” means the date specified in the notification from the CPO. As of the Effective Date, each item added is subject to this Agreement, as if it had originally been a part, but the charge for each item starts to accrue only on the Effective Date.   • Portion of Products/Services Available If only a portion of Products and/or Services is available for shipment or performance to meet the Delivery Date, Supplier shall promptly notify DXC and proceed unless otherwise directed by DXC. Supplier shall be responsible for any cost increase in the shipment of Products due to its failure to meet the Delivery Date and/or if such method does not comply with DXC’s shipping instructions.

  • EQUIPMENT, PRODUCTS, OR SERVICES A. EQUIPMENT, PRODUCTS, OR SERVICES. Supplier will provide the Equipment, Products, or Services as stated in its Proposal submitted under the Solicitation Number listed above. Supplier’s Equipment, Products, or Services Proposal (Proposal) is attached and incorporated into this Contract. All Equipment and Products provided under this Contract must be new and the current model. Supplier may offer close-out or refurbished Equipment or Products if they are clearly indicated in Supplier’s product and pricing list. Unless agreed to by the Participating Entities in advance, Equipment or Products must be delivered as operational to the Participating Entity’s site. This Contract offers an indefinite quantity of sales, and while substantial volume is anticipated, sales and sales volume are not guaranteed.
