Available Network Elements. At the request of GNAPS, BA shall provide GNAPS access to the following unbundled Network Elements in accordance with the requirements of the FCC Regulations: 11.1.1 Local Loops, as set forth in subsection 11.2; 11.1.2 The Network Interface Device; 11.1.3 Switching Capability, as set forth in subsection 11.3; 11.1.4 Interoffice Transmission Facilities, as set forth in subsection 11.4; 11.1.5 Signaling Links and Call-Related Databases, as set forth in subsection 5.4 and Section 17; 11.1.6 Operations Support Systems, as set forth in subsection 11.5; 11.1.7 Operator Services and Directory Assistance, as set forth in Section 19; and 11.1.8 such other Network Elements in accordance with subsection 11.7 below.
