Available Network Elements. At the request of Covad, BA shall provide Covad access to the following unbundled Network Elements in accordance with the requirements of the FCC Regulations and Applicable Law: 11.1.1 Local Loops, as set forth in subsection 11.2; 11.1.2 The Network Interface Device, as set forth in subsection 11.3; 11.1.3 Switching Capability, as set forth in subsection 11.4; 11.1.4 Interoffice Transmission Facilities, as set forth in subsection 11.5; 11.1.5 Signaling Links and Call-Related Databases, as set forth in Section 17; 11.1.6 Operations Support Systems, as set forth in subsection 11.6; 11.1.7 Operator Services and Directory Assistance, as set forth in subsection 19.4; and 11.1.8 such other Network Elements in accordance with subsection 11.8 below.
