Average Deferral Percentage Limits. In addition to the limitations described in Section 3.3 of the Plan, the “average deferral percentage” (as defined in Section 3.3.2 of the Plan) for Highly Compensated Supplement 13 Participants (as defined below) for each Plan Year shall not exceed the limitations of Section 3.3 of the Plan applied by substituting the terms “Highly Compensated Supplement 13 Participants” and “Not Highly Compensated Supplement 13 Participants” for the terms “Highly Compensated Employees” and “not Highly Compensated Employees,” respectively.
