Common use of Averaging Procedures Clause in Contracts

Averaging Procedures. A newly hired employee will receive the highest overtime hours plus one (1) hour of the highest overtime employee within the classification and shift to which he is assigned. An employee posted either temporarily, permanently into a classification and shift will receive the average overtime hours of those in said classification and shift, on the day of transfer.
