Award of Related Agreements. The Department may undertake or award supplemental or successor agreements for work related to this Agreement. Vendor shall cooperate fully with other contractors, consultants and other persons who may be engaged by the Department or the State in connection with this Agreement. Vendor will ensure that any of its contractors or subcontractors that have been approved by the Department will abide by this provision.
Award of Related Agreements. Governmental Entities making purchases herunder may undertake or award supplemental or successor agreements for work related to this Agreement. Vendor shall cooperate fully with Authorized Contractors who may be engaged by a Governmental Entity in connection with this Agreement. Any reference herein to a Governmental Entity’s designee or other like reference shall be deemed to include its Authorized Contractors. Vendor will ensure that any Vendor Contractors or Vendor Personnel will abide by this provision.
Award of Related Agreements. The Licensee may undertake or award supplemental or successor agreements for work related to this Agreement, the Services Contract or with respect to the Software. Licensor shall cooperate fully with other contractors, consultants and other persons who may be engaged by Licensee in connection with this Agreement, the Services Contract or with respect to any of the Software. Licensor will ensure that its subcontractors, if any, will abide by this provision.

Vendor shall cooperate fully with Authorized Contractors who may be engaged by the Governmental Entity in connection with this Agreement, including complying with any license terms, conditions, or restrictions imposed by such Authorized Contractors in connection with any systems, software, or other intellectual property owned by or licensed by or through such Authorized Contractors and to which Vendor, Vendor Contractors, or Vendor Personnel must use or access or with which the related Deliverables must interface, integrate, or connect. Any reference herein to the Governmental Entity’s designee or other like reference shall be deemed to include its Authorized Contractors. Vendor will ensure that any Vendor Contractors or Vendor Personnel will abide by this provision.

No Governmental Entity waives sovereign immunity or any other immunity available to it by entering into this Agreement and specifically retains and reserves the defense of sovereign immunity and all defenses available under State and federal laws, rules, and regulations for any claim arising out of or related to this Agreement

Vendor shall cooperate fully with Authorized Contractors who may be engaged by a Purchasing Entity in connection with a Purchasing Instrument.

PMMIC shall cooperate fully with other contractors, consultants and other persons who may be engaged by the Board or the State in connection with this Agreement. PMMIC will ensure that any of its subcontractors that have been approved by the Board will abide by this provision.
Award of Related Agreements. The Council may undertake or award supplemental or successor agreements for work related to this Loan. The Borrower shall cooperate fully with other Borrowers and the Council in all such cases.
