AWARD PROGRAM INCENTIVES. When departments institute employee award programs, incentives may be provided that include an additional day of leave with pay. When departments create employee incentive programs, input and participation will be sought from nonsupervisory employees within the department. Departments are encouraged to have nonsupervisory employees vote to determine award recipients.
