Breaks and Lunch Sample Clauses

The 'Breaks and Lunch' clause defines the rules and entitlements regarding rest and meal periods for employees during their work shifts. Typically, it specifies the duration and timing of breaks, such as a 15-minute rest break every four hours and a 30-minute unpaid lunch break for shifts exceeding a certain length. This clause ensures employees have adequate time to rest and eat, promoting health and productivity while also helping employers comply with labor laws and avoid disputes over break entitlements.
