Bonus Program. You will be eligible for an annual target bonus of 35% of your annual base salary as determined by the Board in its sole discretion based upon, among other things, the achievement of pre-determined performance milestones. Any annual bonus, if earned, shall be paid no later than March 15th of the year immediately following the year to which the applicable annual bonus relates.
Bonus Program. The Company agrees to pay the Executive a performance and incentive bonus in respect of Executive’s employment with the Company each year in an amount determined by the President and CEO and Board of Directors (or any committee of the Board of Directors authorized to make that determination) to be appropriate based upon Executive’s, and the Company’s, achievement of certain specified goals, with a target bonus of 40%, or any other percentage determined by the Board of Directors, of Executive’s base salary during the year to which the bonus relates. Such bonus shall be payable no later than two and one-half months following the year for which the bonus applies. The bonus shall be paid out partly in cash and partly in shares of restricted stock, in the discretion of the Board of Directors.

The Employee will be eligible to participate in an executive bonus program to be established by the Board of Directors of the Company, pursuant to which the Employee may earn up to 40% of the Employee's base salary in any year. The bonus program will include a combination of annual performance benchmarks and long-term benchmarks for both the Employee and the Company.

During the Term, the Employee shall be entitled to participate in a bonus program, if any, maintained from time to time by the Company for the benefit of senior executives and other employees of the Company under which award payments, if any, are based on performance criteria and milestones to be mutually determined by the Employee and the Company.

Bonus Program. In order to provide performance-based incentive compensation to the Executive, the Executive shall be eligible to participate in the Company's Incentive Program and bonus program, which are administered by the Stock Option and Compensation Committee of the Company.
Bonus Program. If approved by the Board, Executive will be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus that targets 35% of Executive’s annual base salary which will allow Executive to participate in the success of the Company based upon agreed upon personal and Company milestones established by Executive and Executive’s supervisor and approved by the Board, provided that Executive remains employed by the Company as of the date the bonus is calculated and paid.
Bonus Program. The Employee shall be entitled to participate in any bonus program that may be established by and at the discretion of the Company, based upon the achievement of written individual and corporate objectives as his/her Supervisor and the President of the Company shall determine.
Bonus Program. Executive shall be eligible to participate in the Bonus Program made generally available to the Company's Executives ("BONUS PROGRAM"), such participation to be in accordance with the terms of the Bonus Program established by the Company, and as made by amended from time to time in the Company's sole discretion.
Bonus Program. The Board, or the Compensation Committee, may, in its sole and absolute discretion, establish and maintain a performance bonus program for the Executive to provide for payment of a cash and/or non-cash bonus to the Executive. The Board, or the Compensation Committee, shall determine, in its sole and absolute discretion, the terms and conditions of any such bonus program, subject to paragraph (ii).
