Common use of Award Clause in Contracts

Award. If any Taking occurs, then Landlord shall receive the entire award or other compensation for the Land, the Building, and other improvements taken; however, Tenant may separately pursue a claim (to the extent it will not reduce Landlord’s award) against the condemnor for the value of Tenant’s personal property which Tenant is entitled to remove under this Lease, moving costs, loss of business, and other claims it may have.

Award. If any Taking occurs, then Landlord shall receive the entire award or other compensation for the Landland on which the Building is situated, the Building, and other improvements taken; however, and Tenant may separately pursue a claim (to the extent it will not reduce Landlord’s 's award) against the condemnor for the value of Tenant’s 's personal property which Tenant is entitled to remove under this Lease, moving costs, loss of business, and other claims it may have.

Award. If any Taking occursExcept as set forth in Section 14(d)(ii)(C), then Landlord shall receive the entire award or other compensation for the Land, the Building, Building and other improvements taken; howeverthat are subject to a Taking. Award. If any Taking occurs, then Landlord shall receive the entire award or other compensation for the Land, the Building, Project and other improvements taken; however, Tenant may separately pursue a claim (to the extent it will not reduce Landlord’s award) against the condemnor for the value of Tenant’s personal property which Tenant is entitled to remove under this Lease, moving costs, costs and loss of business, and other claims it may have.,

In addition, Tenant may separately pursue a claim (to the extent it will not reduce Landlord’s award) against the condemnor condemner only for the value of Tenant’s personal property which Tenant is entitled to remove under this Lease, moving costs, loss of business, and other claims it may have.which

If any Taking occurs, then Landlord shall receive the entire award or other compensation for (a) the Landland on which the Retail Parcel or other parcel is situated, (b) the BuildingRetail Parcel, (c) any New Parcel, and (d) other improvements taken; , provided, however, Tenant may separately pursue a claim (to the extent it will not reduce Landlord’s award) against the condemnor for the value of Tenant’s 's personal property which Tenant is entitled to remove under this LeaseLease (but because of the condemnation is unable to move such property), moving costs, loss of business, and other claims it may have.

Award. If any Taking occurs, then Landlord shall receive the entire ----- award or other compensation for the Land, the BuildingProperty taken, and other improvements taken; however, Tenant may separately pursue a claim (to the extent it will not reduce Landlord’s award) against the condemnor condemning party for the value of Tenant’s personal property which Tenant is entitled to remove under this Lease, 's moving costs, loss of business, costs and other claims it may have, so long as such claim does not in any way impair or adversely affect the award that the Landlord is entitled to receive.

Award. If any Taking occurs, then Landlord shall receive the entire award or other compensation for with respect to the LandPremises, the land on which the Building is situated, the Building, and all other improvements taken; however, . Tenant may separately pursue a claim (to the extent it such claim will not reduce Landlord’s 's award) against the condemnor for the value of Tenant’s 's personal property which that Tenant is entitled to remove under this Lease, and for moving costs, costs and loss of business, and other claims it may have.

If any Taking occurs, then Landlord shall receive the entire award or other compensation for the Land, the BuildingProject, and or other improvements taken; however, Tenant may separately pursue a claim (to the extent it will not reduce Landlord’s award) against the condemnor for the value of Tenant’s personal property which Tenant is entitled to remove under this Lease, moving costs, costs and loss of business, and other claims it may have.

Award. If any Taking occurs, then Landlord shall receive the entire award or other compensation for the LandTaking of the Premises, the Buildingincluding any improvements, and other improvements takenalterations or additions thereto; however, Tenant may separately pursue a claim (to the extent it will not reduce Landlord’s 's award) against the condemnor for the value of Tenant’s 's personal property (including trade fixtures) which Tenant is entitled to remove under this Lease, in addition to other damages for moving and relocation costs, loss of business, and other claims it may havegoodwill.

Award. If any Taking occurs, then Landlord shall receive the entire award or other compensation for the Land, the Building, and other improvements takentaken (exclusive of any portion of such award designated for Tenant’s moving expenses or allocable to its personal property and equipment); however, Tenant may separately pursue a claim (to the extent it will not reduce Landlord’s award) against the condemnor for the value of Tenant’s personal property which Tenant is entitled to remove under this Lease, moving costs, loss of business, and other claims it may have.

Award. If any Taking occurs, then Landlord shall receive the entire award or other compensation for the Land, the Building, . and other improvements taken; however, Tenant Xxxxxx may separately pursue a claim (to the extent it will not reduce Landlord’s award) against the condemnor for the value of Tenant’s personal property which Tenant Xxxxxx is entitled to remove under this Lease, moving costs, loss of business, . leasehold improvements paid for by Xxxxxx and other claims it may have.

If any Taking occurs, then Landlord shall receive the entire award or other compensation for the Land, the Building, and other improvements taken; however, Tenant may separately pursue a claim (to the extent it will not reduce Landlord’s 's award) against the condemnor for the value of all leasehold improvements paid by Tenant in excess of the Construction Allowance, the value of Tenant’s personal property Property which Tenant is entitled to remove under this Lease, moving costs, loss of business, relocation expenses and other claims it may have.

Award. If any Taking occurs, then Landlord shall receive the entire award or other compensation for the Land, the Building, Project and other improvements taken; however, and Tenant may separately pursue a claim (to the extent it will not reduce Landlord’s award) against the condemnor but not Landlord for the value of Tenant’s 's personal property which Tenant is entitled to remove under this Lease, moving costs, loss of business, and other claims it may have.

Award.
