Awning. For homes on blocked foundations and before occupancy of the home, Xxxxxx agrees to install an awning no smaller than 10’x30’, or that approved by Lessor, over the porch. Lessor reserves the right to approve or reject the type of material used and the quality of the construction. All awnings must be maintained in a safe and attractive condition. Lessor reserves the right to approve an economy awning for homes on an individual basis.

All awnings require a building permit from the county at Lessee’s expense.
