B above. The Parties agree that to the extent, if any, that the City does not receive the sum referred to in Section 12.02(b) above by the thirtieth (30th) day after the Infrastructure Improvements Completion Date, the Infrastructure Payment will be reduced in accordance with Section 11.01.
