BACK. The Escrow Agent shall notify the Receiptholders in the event of a default in the payment of interest on the Deposits when due in accordance with the Deposit Agreement or a default in the payment of any Final Withdrawal in accordance with the terms of the Deposit Agreement and this Agreement and shall promptly forward to Receiptholders upon receipt copies of all written communications relating to any payments due to the Receiptholders in respect of the Deposits.
