Master. A. This Agreement made and entered into by and between the Board of Education of the Xxxxx County/Ohio Valley School District, hereinafter referred to as the "Board," and the Ohio Association of Public School Employees (OAPSE) and its affiliate, the Ohio Association of Public School Employees Local #572, of which is hereinafter referred to as the "Association."
Master. A trained and properly qualified employee who holds a current and appropriate USCG license and who operates a Borough ferry from the pilot house. The master is responsible for all aspects of operation of the ferry and provides direction to ferry deckhands as required for safe and efficient operation.

Master. 1. In addition to any other existing statutory and regulatory requirements, the Master of each Covered Vessel bound for the United States shall ensure in its 96-hour (or 24-hour, depending upon normal transit time) Electronic Notice of Arrival (eNOA) into a U.S. Port that the U.S. Coast Guard is informed of any equipment malfunction related to Marine Environmental Protection Requirements.
2. In addition to his regular duties, the Master shall:
a. Have access to the training tracking system, described in Attachment 3, with respect to Covered Personnel aboard the Master’s vessel in order to ensure that these personnel have received appropriate training necessary to ensure compliance with this ECP, the EMS, MARPOL, Ballast Water Management and all applicable maritime pollution protection requirements, including EPA Vessel General Permit (“VGP”) requirements. Additionally, the Master shall ensure that any checklists or quick reference guides necessary for the proper implementation of these requirements are maintained in a location on board the vessel accessible to all crewmembers.
b. Maintain on board the vessel all records required by international conventions and treaties, including SOLAS, the ISM Code, MARPOL, applicable U.S. State and Federal statutes and regulations, and any additional documents or records required under this ECP and EMS. Records shall be maintained for five (5) years and without exception through the completion of the five (5) year period of probation. Records older than three (3) years may be stored ashore. Additionally, the Master will make such records available to the TPA and the Interested Parties upon request.
c. Personally review handover notes for the Chief Engineer, Staff Chief Engineer (or equivalent), and Environmental Officer. Ensure that such handover notes are reviewed by the oncoming officer and include a descriptive environmental compliance component and information related to the status, handling, and discharge of any vessel generated wastes, and the operation of the OWS, OCM, and Incinerator.
d. Verify completion of the EO qualification card, as required under Section IV.A.2.b.
Master. A Master's Degree earned at an accredited college or university; or the completion of thirty (30) credits beyond the Baccalaureate Degree in a planned program approved by an accredited college or university and approved by the Board.
Master. A Master's degree in the field of education from an accredited college or university.*
Master. A Master’s Degree earned at an accredited college or university in the field of Education. Also recognized is thirty (30) hours beyond the Bachelor’s degree in the field of Education in an approved program leading to teacher’s certification at the Master’s level; or thirty (30) hours beyond the Bachelor’s Degree in a planned program which has prior written approval of the Director. Effective July 1, 2013, all new hires must earn a Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in order to be placed on the Master’s degree salary schedule.
Master. A master's degree earned at an accredited college or university. The individual must have met the course requirements for professional educators' certificate.
Master. Master is the second degree after another one to two years. Master study programmes may be differentiated by the profile types “practice-oriented” and “research-oriented”. Higher education institutions define the profile. The Master degree study programme includes a thesis requirement. Study programmes leading to the Master degree must be accredited according to the Law establishing a Foundation for the Accreditation of Study Programmes in Germany..9 Second degree programmes (Master) lead to Master of Arts (M.A.), Master of Science (X.Xx.), Master of Engineering (M.Eng.), Master of Laws (L.L.M.), Master of Fine Arts (M.F.A.), Master of Music (M.Mus.) or Master of Education (M.Ed.). Master study programmes which are designed for continuing education may carry other designations (e.g. MBA). The Master degree corresponds to level 7 of the German Qualifications Framework/ European Qualifications Framework.
