Sideyard. All Building Improvements shall have minimum sideyard setbacks of seven and one-half (7-1/2) feet from the sideyard lot line on either side and minimum distances between residences constituting part of a Living Unit of fifteen (15) feet; provided, however. that for Lots in Division 2, the minimum sideyard setback for such Building Improvements shall be five (5) feet from the sideyard lot line on either side and the minimum distance between residences constituting part of a Living Unit shall be ten (10) feet. In addition, no walls two (2) stories or higher may be located closer than ten (10) feet to a sideyard lot line; provided, however, that for Lots in Division 2, walls of two (2) stories or higher may be located as close as, but no closer than, five

  • Elevation Elevation is defined as restoring an employee to the higher classification, with permanent status, which was held prior to being granted a demotion or to a class that is between the current class and the class from which the employee was demoted.   • EMBANKMENT WIDENING The minimum embankment widening is:  2 feet for embankment heights at centerline of 2 to 6 feet.  4 feet for embankment heights at centerline of greater than 6 feet. Purchaser shall apply embankment widening equally to both sides of the road to achieve the required width.

  • Slope Portions of an accessible route with running slopes steeper than 1:20 are ramps and shall comply with 4.8. The cross slope of an accessible route shall not be steeper than 1:48  See Figure 1 for required compliance  Near Unit #612: o grind, relevel or repour concrete curb ramp to 8.33% grade or less on slope

  • Playground ~ The playground is primarily for the use of children under the age of twelve (12). Any child caught throwing rocks, vandalizing, or hitting or teasing other children will be asked to leave the playground. An adult or appropriate baby-sitter must accompany all children under the age of six (6) years old. Garbage ~ The storage, collection and disposal of refuse and garbage in the recreational camping areas shall be conducted as to create no health hazards, rodent harborage, insect breeding areas, accident or fire hazards, or air pollution. Bag all food garbage in plastic and tie shut before placing in the dumpster, to prevent odor and rodents which are drawn to the garbage area, such as skunks, raccoons etc. Dumpster is for normal daily household garbage, no large boxes, building supplies, carpets etc. Camper is to dispose of this type of garbage elsewhere. Garbage may be placed in dumpsters only. If a dumpster is full, do not place garbage on or around the dumpster, find an empty dumpster to place your garbage into. Bags of garbage may not be set outside your camper for any reason. Disposal or deposit of hazardous or toxic waste is prohibited. No gas, oil, batteries, or car fluids may be deposited into the dumpsters or around the dumpsters. Hazardous materials will not be disposed of by the garbage service. Disposal or deposit of furniture, barbeque grills, washer, dryers, and other large household items are NOT permitted on, in or around the dumpsters. Holding Tanks ~ There is no size restriction on holding tanks, however, they must be opaque XX xxxx/black water approved tanks. The on-site dump station may be used to empty tanks that hold 50 gallons or less. For tanks over 50 gallons Camper must contract with a pumping service to pump and remove tank contents from campground. No dumping of xxxx water onto the ground. Docks ~ Campground does NOT have a lifeguard on duty. The docks are privately owned. In order to be on someone's dock you must receive permission from the dock owner. An adult must accompany all children on the docks after dark. Life jackets are required for young children fishing off docks. Running, diving, and/or horseplay are not allowed on the docks. All debris and toys must be removed from the docks, beach and marina area. Inappropriate behavior, intoxication or shouting on docks is not allowed. Glass is not allowed on the beach area. Jet skies, wave runners, etc. are not permitted in the marina area. Tires cannot be left in the marina area under boats or tied onto docks. Fish House ~ Clean up fish cleaning facility when done with your fish cleaning and bag all fish remains. Fish cleaning house must be kept clean and all fish waste must be put into plastic bags and deposited into dumpster and cover on dumpster closed. No dumping of fish wastes into marina or dog waste stations! Swimming Pool ~ Campers are required to abide by all rules posted in and around the pool area.

  • Pavement The combined surface course, base course, and subbase course, if any, considered as a single unit.

  • Summer Session A. All ASEs employed in the Summer Session shall receive the same general range adjustment as ASEs received in the preceding Fall term.

  • Mowing Mowing, edging (of sidewalks, paved approaches and curbs), litter removal, herbicide treatment, grass clipping removal, and brush control are included under one bid item. Regular mowing under this contract is generally limited to mowing areas of shoulders, front and back slopes of ditches less than or equal to three-to-one (3:1) slope, roadside retention areas, dry roadside ditch bottoms, median islands and various width utility strips and similar areas. Slope mowing, which is also a contract requirement, is generally limited to slopes greater or steeper than three-to-one (3:1) and are relatively inaccessible to the use of conventional mowing equipment (e.g., steep slopes, retention area banks and shores, bridge/overpass banks, canal banks, wet roadside ditches, etc). These types of areas will normally require equipment specifically designed for this type of work. When slope mowing is performed, it will incorporate the use of string trimmers to protect the integrity of the slope and prevent damage to the turf. Sign posts, mailboxes, guardrails, trees, roadside outfall structures, fences, divider walls, shrubs, plants, light poles, utility flags or other such obstacles to mowing will be hand mowed or trimmed around as necessary to present a groomed appearance. Top of vegetation on wet bottom ditches areas must be cut-off to the water’s level. Particular attention will be paid to planted areas. Any damage that occurs to plants, trees, shrubs, mulched beds, tree rings, sprinkler heads, etc., will be repaired or restored, at the Contractor’s expense, before the cycle is completed. Mowing will also include grass clipping removal and litter removal, edging, and herbicide treatment. These costs will be included in the unit price bid for right-of-way mowing.

  • Lockers Where working conditions or weather requires regular employees to have additional clothing available at their regular point of assembly, the Employer shall provide appropriate secure individual lockers within the assembly room building.
