BACKGROUND AND AIM. 3.1 Through this Agreement, the Instructions and a list of possible Subprocessors (hereafter jointly referred to as “the Agreement”), the Controller regulates Processor’sProcessing of Personal Data on behalf of the Controller. The aim of the Agreement is to safeguard the freedoms and rights of the Data Subject during Processing, in accordance with what is stipulated in Article 28(3) of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”). When this Agreement is one of several contractual documents comprising another agreement, the other agreement is referred to as the “Main Agreement” in this Agreement.
