Background and Criminal History Checks. The School Corporation shall pay the cost of any and all expanded criminal history checks and expanded child protection index checks that are required by the School Corporation or per IC 20-26-5-10. However, new teachers shall be required to pay costs of all criminal history and child protection index checks as part of the hiring process.
