Background Checks for Employment through the Central Registry. If providing direct services to children or vulnerable adults, the following shall apply: 6.1 The provisions of A.R.S. § 8-804 (as may be amended) are hereby incorporated in their entirety as provisions of this Contract. 6.2 The Department will conduct Central Registry Background Checks and will use the information contained in the Central Registry as a factor to determine qualifications for positions that provide direct service to children or vulnerable adults for: 6.2.1 Any person who applies for a contract with this State and that person’s employees; 6.2.2 All employees of a contractor; 6.2.3 A subcontractor of a contractor and the subcontractor’s employees; and 6.2.4 Prospective employees of the contractor or subcontractor at the request of the prospective employer. 6.3 Volunteers who provide direct services to children or vulnerable adults shall have a Central Registry Background Check which is to be used as a factor to determine qualifications for volunteer positions. 6.3.1 A person who is disqualified because of a Central Registry Background Check may apply to the Board of Fingerprinting for a Central Registry exception pursuant to A.R.S. § 41-619.57. A person who is granted a Central Registry exception pursuant to A.R.S. § 41-619.57 is not entitled to a contract, employment, licensure, certification or other benefit because the person has been granted a Central Registry exception. 6.3.2 Before being employed or volunteering in a position that provides direct services to children or vulnerable adults, persons shall certify on forms that are provided by the Department whether an allegation of abuse or neglect was made against them and was substantiated. The completed forms are to be maintained as confidential. 6.4 A person awaiting receipt of the Central Registry Background Check may provide direct services to ADES clients after completion and submittal of the Direct Service Position certification form if the certification states: 6.4.1 The person is not currently the subject of an investigation of child abuse or neglect in Arizona or another state or jurisdiction; and 6.4.2 The person has not been the subject of an investigation of child abuse or neglect in Arizona, or another state or jurisdiction, which resulted in a substantiated finding. 6.5 If the Central Registry Background Check specifies any disqualifying act and the person does not have a Central Registry exception, the person shall be prohibited from providing direct services to ADES clien...

  • Registration Data Directory Services Until ICANN requires a different protocol, Registry Operator will operate a WHOIS service available via port 43 in accordance with XXX 0000, and a web-­‐based Directory Service at <whois.nic.TLD> providing free public query-­‐based access to at least the following elements in the following format. ICANN reserves the right to specify alternative formats and protocols, and upon such specification, the Registry Operator will implement such alternative specification as soon as reasonably practicable. Registry Operator shall implement a new standard supporting access to domain name registration data (SAC 051) no later than one hundred thirty-­‐five (135) days after it is requested by ICANN if: 1) the IETF produces a standard (i.e., it is published, at least, as a Proposed Standard RFC as specified in RFC 2026); and 2) its implementation is commercially reasonable in the context of the overall operation of the registry. 1.1. The format of responses shall follow a semi-­‐free text format outline below, followed by a blank line and a legal disclaimer specifying the rights of Registry Operator, and of the user querying the database. 1.2. Each data object shall be represented as a set of key/value pairs, with lines beginning with keys, followed by a colon and a space as delimiters, followed by the value. 1.3. For fields where more than one value exists, multiple key/value pairs with the same key shall be allowed (for example to list multiple name servers). The first key/value pair after a blank line should be considered the start of a new record, and should be considered as identifying that record, and is used to group data, such as hostnames and IP addresses, or a domain name and registrant information, together. 1.4.   • Disclosure of Prior State Employment – Consulting Services If this Contract is for consulting services, A. In accordance with Section 2254.033 of the Texas Government Code, a Contractor providing consulting services who has been employed by, or employs an individual who has been employed by, System Agency or another State of Texas agency at any time during the two years preceding the submission of Contractor’s offer to provide services must disclose the following information in its offer to provide services. Contractor hereby certifies that this information was provided and remains true, correct, and complete: 1. Name of individual(s) (Contractor or employee(s)); 2. Status; 3. The nature of the previous employment with HHSC or the other State of Texas agency; 4. The date the employment was terminated and the reason for the termination; and 5. The annual rate of compensation for the employment at the time of its termination. B. If no information was provided in response to Section A above, Contractor certifies that neither Contractor nor any individual employed by Contractor was employed by System Agency or any other State of Texas agency at any time during the two years preceding the submission of Contractor’s offer to provide services.

  • Restricted Employment for Certain State Personnel Contractor acknowledges that, pursuant to Section 572.069 of the Texas Government Code, a former state officer or employee of a state agency who during the period of state service or employment participated on behalf of a state agency in a procurement or contract negotiation involving Contractor may not accept employment from Contractor before the second anniversary of the date the Contract is signed or the procurement is terminated or withdrawn.

  • REGULATORY ADMINISTRATION SERVICES BNY Mellon shall provide the following regulatory administration services for each Fund and Series:  Assist the Fund in responding to SEC examination requests by providing requested documents in the possession of BNY Mellon that are on the SEC examination request list and by making employees responsible for providing services available to regulatory authorities having jurisdiction over the performance of such services as may be required or reasonably requested by such regulatory authorities;  Assist with and/or coordinate such other filings, notices and regulatory matters and other due diligence requests or requests for proposal on such terms and conditions as BNY Mellon and the applicable Fund on behalf of itself and its Series may mutually agree upon in writing from time to time; and

  • Shareholder Services Transfer Agent or its agent will investigate all inquiries from Shareholders of a Fund relating to Shareholder accounts and will respond to all communications from Shareholders and others relating to its duties hereunder and such other correspondence as may from time to time be mutually agreed upon between Transfer Agent and a Fund. Transfer Agent shall provide each Fund with reports concerning Shareholder inquires and the responses thereto by Transfer Agent, in such form and at such times as are agreed to by the Fund and Transfer Agent.

  • Post-Employment Cooperation Executive agrees to fully cooperate with the Employer in the defense or prosecution of any claims or actions now in existence or which may be brought in the future against or on behalf of the Employer which relate to events or occurrences that transpired or which failed to transpire while Executive was employed by the Employer. Executive also agrees to cooperate fully with the Employer in connection with any internal investigation or review, or any investigation or review by any federal, state or local regulatory authority, relating to events or occurrences that transpired or failed to transpire while Executive was employed by the Employer. Executive’s full cooperation in connection with such matters shall include, but not be limited to, providing information to counsel, being available to meet with counsel to prepare for discovery or trial and acting as a witness on behalf of the Employer at a mutually convenient times.

  • Employment with Public Agency Consultant, if an employee of another public agency, agrees that Consultant will not receive salary or remuneration, other than vacation pay, as an employee of another public agency for the actual time in which services are actually being performed pursuant to this Agreement.

  • Relationship Managers The Participant Relationship Manager and the Reclaim Fund Relationship Manager at the date of this agreement for the purposes of clause 27 of Part B of this agreement are as follows: (a) the Participant Relationship Manager: Xxxxxx Xxxxxx; and (b) the Reclaim Fund Relationship Manager: Xxxxxx Xxxxx.

  • Registry Services “Registry Services” are, for purposes of the Agreement, defined as the following: (a) those services that are operations of the registry critical to the following tasks: the receipt of data from registrars concerning registrations of domain names and name servers; provision to registrars of status information relating to the zone servers for the TLD; dissemination of TLD zone files; operation of the registry DNS servers; and dissemination of contact and other information concerning domain name server registrations in the TLD as required by this Agreement; (b) other products or services that the Registry Operator is required to provide because of the establishment of a Consensus Policy as defined in Specification 1; (c) any other products or services that only a registry operator is capable of providing, by reason of its designation as the registry operator; and (d) material changes to any Registry Service within the scope of (a), (b) or (c) above.
