Background/Criminal Records Checks. Contractor shall comply with Exhibit E to this Contract. Contractor shall not deploy any employee or agent to provide services under this Contract if (a) the employee or agent would have direct, unsupervised contact with students as determined by the District; and (b) the employee or agent has been convicted of a crime listed in ORS 342.143(3).
