Background/Fingerprinting. The School shall establish and implement procedures for conducting background checks (including a check for criminal records) of all employees to the extent required by state and federal applicable laws, rules and regulations, including but not limited to C.R.S. § 22-30.5-110.5 and C.R.S. § 22-30.5-110.7. This includes ensuring that all independent contractors and companies that place employees in the School complete the requisite background checks.
Background/Fingerprinting. Contractor shall meet applicable fingerprinting and criminal background investigation requirements of Education Code §§ 45125.1 or 45125.2. Contractor shall execute an applicable Fingerprinting/Criminal Background Investigation Certification.
