Background Screening. The Provider shall comply with the Department’s Statewide Procedure on Background Screening for Employees, Vendors, and Volunteers that is available on the Department’s website. The Provider shall comply with the requirements for background screening pursuant to chapters 39, 435, 984 and 985, Florida Statutes and the Department’s background screening policy (FDJJ 1800 Revised 7/30/10 with corrections on 8/12/10). Failure to comply with the Department’s background screening requirements may result in termination of the Contract.
