BADGES AND ACCESS CONTROL DEVICES. (a) The Contractor and each of the Contractor’s employees, as well as each Subcontractor of any tier and any workers working on behalf of Subcontractor, shall be required to wear a Capital Metro Contractor Photo Identification Badge (“badge”) at all times while on the Authority’s premises. The badge will be provided by Capital Metro. If any badge holder loses or misplaces his or her badge, the Contractor shall immediately notify the Project Manager upon discovery. The Contractor will be charged a $50.00 replacement fee for each lost or misplaced badge, which fee shall be deducted any amounts due and owing to the Contractor or if the Contract is terminated upon demand by the Authority. The Contractor shall return all badges provided when any badge holder is no longer working on the Con- tract, and all badges shall be returned upon completion of the Contract.
