Act 1992 On commencement of employment, and annually thereafter, the employee can nominate, in writing, a complying superannuation fund of their choice into which the employer will make superannuation contributions. Act 1998 The Supplier shall accept the Government Procurement Card as a means of payment for the Goods and/or Services where such card is agreed with the Customer to be a suitable means of payment. The Supplier shall be solely liable to pay any merchant fee levied for using the Government Procurement Card and shall not be entitled to recover this charge from the Customer.
Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 14.1 If the Buyer is acquiring Goods for the purposes of a trade or business, the Buyer acknowledges that the provisions of the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 do not apply to the supply of Goods by the Seller to the Buyer.
Safety Act, Sec 1 (1). The employee rights set out above shall be interpreted within the context of the Ontario Human Rights Code. An employee who believes that she has been harassed, contrary to this provision shall be encouraged by both parties to follow the Employer’s policy on harassment and process. Failing resolution, an employee may follow the process set out in the Complaint, Grievance and Arbitration procedure in Article 8 of the Collective Agreement. The employee shall be encouraged by both parties to exhaust these processes prior to filing a complaint with the Ontario Human Rights Commission.
BUY AMERICAN ACT The Contractor agrees that it will not expend any funds appropriated by Congress without complying with The Buy American Act (41 U.S.C. 10a et seq). The Buy American Act gives preference to domestic end products and domestic construction material. In addition, the Memorandum of Understanding between the United States of America and the European Economic Community on Government Procurement, and the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), provide that EEC and NAFTA end products and construction materials are exempted from application of the Buy American Act.

If We reasonably believe that You have attempted to offer a bribe We will terminate Our agreement with You.
Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 A person who is not a party to this Agreement will not have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any of its terms but this will not affect any right or remedy of a third party which exists or is available apart from that Act.
