Balance of Contract Price. The balance of the Contract Price will be paid in cash, by certified check, or by other immediately available funds at Settlement.
Balance of Contract Price. The balance of the Contract Price shall be paid in full prior to Seller’s shipment of the Products. Seller shall have no obligation to proceed with delivery of the Products unless and until the balance of the Contract Price is received by Seller.
