Billing Adjustment Credit. To provide Customer the benefit of the rates and discounts in the Amendment as of the Effective Date and until such rates and discounts are implemented, the Company shall provide Customer with a one-time billing adjustment credit equal to $4,509.15 plus applicable taxes and surcharges. This credit shall compensate Customer for the difference between the Tariff/Guide/list rates invoiced during the 1st full billing cycle following Customer's signature date above and the rates and discounts in this Agreement.
Billing Adjustment Credit. To provide Customer the benefit of the rates and discounts in this Agreement as of the Effective Date and until such rates and discounts are implemented, Company shall provide Customer with a one-time billing adjustment credit equal to $2,229.87, plus applicable taxes and surcharges. This credit shall compensate Customer for the difference between the Tariff/Guide/list rates invoiced during the 1st full billing cycle following Customer's signature date above and the rates and discounts in this Agreement.
Billing Adjustment Credit. This credit shall compensate Customer for the difference between the Tariff/Guide/list rates invoiced during the 1st full billing cycle following Customer's signature date above and the rates and discounts in this Agreement. One Time Credit: The Customer will receive a $7,000 credit applied against the Customer’s interstate and international service charges.
Billing Adjustment Credit. To provide Customer the benefit of the rates and discounts contained in this Agreement as of the first day of the first full billing cycle following Customer's execution and delivery of this Agreement to Company, Company shall provide Customer with a one-time billing adjustment credit equal to $20,742, plus applicable Taxes and Governmental Charges, to be applied in the second (2nd) monthly billing period following the Effective Date. This credit shall compensate Customer for the difference between Company’s existing contract rates invoiced during the first full monthly billing period and the rates and discounts set forth in this Agreement. The credit will be applied against Customer’s charges incurred for interstate and international services.
Billing Adjustment Credit. To provide Customer with the benefit of the rates and discounts contained in the First Amendment as of the 1st full billing cycle following Customer’s execution and delivery of the First Amendment, the Company will provide Customer with a one-time billing adjustment credit equal to $5,276, to be applied in the 3rd billing month following the First Amendment Effective Date.

To provide Customer the benefit of the rates and discounts in this Agreement as of the Effective Date and until such rates and discounts are implemented, Company shall provide Customer with a one-time billing adjustment credit equal to Twenty Thousand Dollars ($20,000.00), plus applicable taxes and surcharges. This credit shall compensate Customer for the difference between the Tariff/Guide/list rates invoiced during the 1st full billing cycle following Customer's signature date above and the rates and discounts in this Agreement. Promotions: The Customer is eligible for the following promotions as set forth in the Guide: GENERAL INSTALLATION WAIVER PROMOTION ON THE NETWORK V LIT BUILDING ACCESS PROMOTION Initial Term: 39 months Upon expiration of the Term, the Agreement will be automatically extended on a month-to-month basis unless either party terminates the Agreement upon at least sixty (60) days written notice prior to the end of the Initial Term (“Extended Term”). During the Extended Term, either party may terminate the Agreement upon at least sixty (60) days prior written notice.
Billing Adjustment Credit. To provide Customer the benefit of the rates and discounts in this Agreement as of Customer's execution of this Agreement, Company shall provide Customer with a one-time billing adjustment credit to be calculated and applied via written amendment at a later date to be received by Customer within two (2) billing cycles following the first billing cycle. This credit shall compensate Customer for the difference between the rates invoiced for Services rendered beginning on Customer's signature date above and the rates and discounts in this Agreement and ending on the date upon which the pricing set forth herein is reflected on Customer’s invoice which the parties expect to be the first day of the second full billing cycle following execution and delivery of this Agreement by Customer to Company. The credit may be divided among no more than 10 Customer account numbers. The rates and discounts in the Agreement shall be implemented when Service is installed except where a Service Attachment indicates otherwise for a particular service. Sign-up Credit: Customer shall receive a credit of Two Hundred Fifteen Thousand Dollars ($215,000.00), which will be applied against Customer's Interstate Total Service Charges in the second (2nd ) monthly billing period of the Term following the Effective Date.
Billing Adjustment Credit. In order to provide Customer with the benefit (through July 31, 2012) of the credits referenced in the Multi-VRF Section of the Private IP Schedule, Company shall provide Customer with a one-time billing adjustment credit in the amount of $16,491.05 plus applicable taxes and surcharges. This billing adjustment credit will be applied to 1 Xxxx Xxxxx ID mutually agreed upon by Customer and Company.

One Time Credits: Customer will receive a credit of $54,818.01 which will be applied against Customer’s interstate and international Total Service Charges. Customer will receive a credit of $232,364 which will be applied against Customer’s interstate and international Total Service Charges. Customer will receive a credit of $464,738.10 which will be applied against Customer's interstate and international Total Service Charges. Customer will receive a credit of $14,532 which will be applied against Customer's interstate and international Total Service Charges. Customer will receive a credit of $25,225.04 which will be applied against Customer's Total Service Charges incurred for interstate and international services. Customer will receive a credit of $433,749.41 which will be applied against Customer's Total Service Charges incurred for interstate and international services. Customer will receive a credit of $200,000.00 which will be applied against Customer's Total Service Charges incurred for interstate and international services.
Billing Adjustment Credit. This credit shall compensate Customer for the difference between the Tariff/Guide/list rates invoiced during the 1st full billing cycle following Customer's signature date above and the rates and discounts in the Agreement.
