Billing Adjustment Credit. To provide Customer the benefit of the rates and discounts in this Agreement as of the Effective Date and until such rates and discounts are implemented, Company shall provide Customer with a one-time billing adjustment credit equal to $263,885.01 plus applicable taxes and surcharges against Customer’s Audio and Net Conferencing Service Charges incurred for the invoice periods of January and February 2007. This credit shall compensate Customer for the difference between the Tariff/Guide/list rates invoiced during the 1st full billing cycle following Customer's signature date above and the rates and discounts in this Agreement.
Billing Adjustment Credit. To provide Customer the benefit of the rates and discounts in the Amendment as of the Effective Date and until such rates and discounts are implemented, the Company shall provide Customer with a one-time billing adjustment credit equal to $30,000, plus applicable taxes and surcharges. This credit shall compensate Customer for the difference between the Tariff/Guide/list rates invoiced during the 1st full billing cycle following Customer's signature date above and the rates and discounts in this Agreement.
Billing Adjustment Credit. To provide Customer the benefit of the rates and discounts in the Amendment as of the Effective Date and until such rates and discounts are implemented, the Company shall provide Customer with a one-time billing adjustment credit equal to $9,849.54, plus applicable taxes and surcharges. This credit shall compensate Customer for the difference between the Tariff/Guide/list rates invoiced during the 1st full billing cycle following Customer's signature date above and the rates and discounts in this Agreement. Sign-up Credit: Customer will receive a credit, equal to $10,000, applied against Customer's Interstate and International Total Service Charges.
Billing Adjustment Credit. To provide Customer the benefit of the rates and discounts contained in this Agreement as of the first day of the first full billing cycle following Customer's execution and delivery of this Agreement to Company, Company shall provide Customer with a one-time billing adjustment credit equal to $20,742, plus applicable Taxes and Governmental Charges, to be applied in the second (2nd) monthly billing period following the Effective Date. This credit shall compensate Customer for the difference between Company’s existing contract rates invoiced during the first full monthly billing period and the rates and discounts set forth in this Agreement. The credit will be applied against Customer’s charges incurred for interstate and international services.
Billing Adjustment Credit. To provide Customer with the benefit of the rates and discounts contained in the First Amendment as of the 1st full billing cycle following Customer’s execution and delivery of the First Amendment, the Company will provide Customer with a one-time billing adjustment credit equal to $5,276, to be applied in the 3rd billing month following the First Amendment Effective Date.

To provide Customer the benefit of the rates and discounts in this Agreement as of the Effective Date and until such rates and discounts are implemented, Company shall provide Customer with a one-time billing adjustment credit equal to Twenty Thousand Dollars ($20,000.00), plus applicable taxes and surcharges. This credit shall compensate Customer for the difference between the Tariff/Guide/list rates invoiced during the 1st full billing cycle following Customer's signature date above and the rates and discounts in this Agreement. Promotions: The Customer is eligible for the following promotions as set forth in the Guide: GENERAL INSTALLATION WAIVER PROMOTION ON THE NETWORK V LIT BUILDING ACCESS PROMOTION Initial Term: 39 months Upon expiration of the Term, the Agreement will be automatically extended on a month-to-month basis unless either party terminates the Agreement upon at least sixty (60) days written notice prior to the end of the Initial Term (“Extended Term”). During the Extended Term, either party may terminate the Agreement upon at least sixty (60) days prior written notice.

This credit shall compensate Customer for the difference between the Tariff/Guide/list rates invoiced during the 1st full billing cycle following Customer's signature date above and the rates and discounts in this Agreement. OPTION NO: 278854 (rev. Feb 12, Amendment 6) Initial Term: 36 months Upon expiration of the Term, the Agreement will be automatically extended on a month-to-month basis unless either party terminates the Agreement upon at least sixty (60) days written notice prior to the end of the Initial Term (“Extended Term”). The terms of the Agreement will continue to apply during any service-specific commitments that extend beyond the Term. Annual Volume Commitment (“AVC”): $0.00 in Total Service Charges (“AVC”) during each contract year of the Term.
Billing Adjustment Credit. This credit shall compensate Customer for the difference between the Tariff/Guide/list rates invoiced during the 1st full billing cycle following Customer's signature date above and the rates and discounts in this Agreement. One Time Credits: Customer will receive a credit of $54,818.01 which will be applied against Customer’s interstate and international Total Service Charges. Customer will receive a credit of $232,364 which will be applied against Customer’s interstate and international Total Service Charges. Customer will receive a credit of $464,738.10 which will be applied against Customer's interstate and international Total Service Charges. Customer will receive a credit of $14,532 which will be applied against Customer's interstate and international Total Service Charges. Customer will receive a credit of $25,225.04 which will be applied against Customer's Total Service Charges incurred for interstate and international services. Customer will receive a credit of $433,749.41 which will be applied against Customer's Total Service Charges incurred for interstate and international services. Customer will receive a credit of $200,000.00 which will be applied against Customer's Total Service Charges incurred for interstate and international services.
Billing Adjustment Credit. In order to provide Customer with the benefit (through July 31, 2012) of the credits referenced in the Multi-VRF Section of the Private IP Schedule, Company shall provide Customer with a one-time billing adjustment credit in the amount of $16,491.05 plus applicable taxes and surcharges. This billing adjustment credit will be applied to 1 Xxxx Xxxxx ID mutually agreed upon by Customer and Company.
Billing Adjustment Credit. Company shall provide Customer with a one-time Billing Adjustment Credit in the amount of $399,049.60, plus applicable Taxes and Governmental Charges. Company will issue this credit in the first (1st) month after the 82nd Amendment Effective Date and will be applied against Customer’s Total Service Charges incurred for interstate and international services.
