Balconies/Terrace. (a) The Apartment has balconies. Drying of clothes etc. shall be permitted only in the utility balcony (Service Area) to maintain the aesthetics of the Tower/Building and to provide equal enjoyment to all the allottees. Drying of clothes or hanging etc. will not be permitted in any manner in which it would be visible from the open areas of the Luxury Zone and Luxury portion of the Future Development. (b) The balconies in the Apartments will always remain to be balcony and no glazing/grill/cover will be permitted in the balconies so as to enclose the space or to disturb the aesthetics of the Project/Luxury Zone/Luxury portion of the Future Development. No interference to the elevation/ façade of the Project will be permitted. The design intent of the architects will be required to be maintained by the allottees.
