A., a financial institution organized under the laws of Brazil, with its headquarters in the City of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, at Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx, xx 0.000, 0x xxxxx parte, enrolled in the General Taxpayers’ Register under CNPJ/ME number 33.479.023/0001-80, by its legal subscribed representatives herein (hereinafter referred to as “Citibank” or “Party A”); and
BANCO CITIBANK S. A., corporation, headquartered in the City of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, at Av. Paulista, nº 1111, 2º andar-parte, Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxx, CEP 01311-920, enrolled with CNPJ under No. 33.479.023/0001-80, herein represented represented in the form of its articles of incorporation, in the capacity of local collateral agent (“Collateral Agent”) representing (i) all of PRJ's creditors (as defined below) (“Secured Parties”); Oi and the Collateral Agent hereinafter jointly referred to as “Parties” or, separately as “Party”.

Paulista, nº 1111, 2º andar-parte, Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxx, CEP 01311-920, enrolled with the CNPJ under No. 33.479.023/0001-80, herein represented in the form of its bylaws, as local collateral agent and strictly as instructed by the Secured Parties (“Collateral Agent”) representing (i) all of the creditors of the New DIP, (ii) all of the creditors opting for Option 1 of the Judicial Reorganization Plan; (iii) all of the creditors opting for Option 2 of the Judicial Reorganization Plan (“Secured Parties”); Oi and the Collateral Agent hereinafter jointly referred to as “Parties” or, in separately, as “Party”.
BANCO CITIBANK S. A. is the financial institution belonging to the financial conglomerate CITIBANK N.A. – BRAZILIAN BRANCH that was selected to manage the RESTRICTED REVENUE in accordance with instructions provided by the TRUSTEE BANK under this AGREEMENT.

A., a banking institution organized under the laws of Brazil; Citibank, N.A., Bolivia, a bank ing institution organized under the laws of Bolivia; and Citibank, N.A., a national banking association incorporated under the laws of the United States of America (collectively, the "Agents" and individually, each an "Agent"). The Escrow Agent, OPIC, KfW, Transredes and the Agents are hereinafter referred to collectively as the "Lenders" and individually as a "Lender".
