Bands and DJs. All Bands and DJ’s must provide their own equipment, ASCAP/BMI License, meet with the Civic Center Manager prior to the event and adhere to all rules of the facility. The event space is equipped with power & water-based smoke machines are not allowed in any room. If applicable, Event Permit must be purchased from the City of Xxxxx. Band/DJ are allowed in our Multi-Purpose Gym or in our Meeting Room Suite during after-hours only. They are NOT allowed in Meeting Room 1, 2 or 3.

Bands and DJs. If you are not renting all rooms of the center, you must receive approval in advance of booking a band. Bands must set up and breakdown their equipment within the allotted time of your reservation. We permit a maximum of four (4) speakers for bands and DJs. The details of the setup (including wiring, placement of speakers, etc.) must be discussed with GPTC Conference Center staff when completing your setup layout.

  • Quality control records and Documents The Contractor shall hand over a copy of all its quality control records and documents to the Authority’s Engineer before the Completion Certificate is issued pursuant to Clause 12.2. The Contractor shall submit Road Signage Plans to the Authority Engineer for approval at least 6 (six) months prior to expected completion of Project Highway.

  • Records and Documentation The Sub-Recipient agrees to make available to AAAPP staff and/or any party designated by the AAAPP any and all contract related records and documentation. The Sub-Recipient shall ensure the collection and maintenance of all program related information and documentation on any such system designated by the AAAPP.   • Access to records, books, and documents In addition to any right of access arising by operation of law, Grantee and any of Grantee’s affiliate or subsidiary organizations, or Subcontractors shall permit the System Agency or any of its duly authorized representatives, as well as duly authorized federal, state or local authorities, unrestricted access to and the right to examine any site where business is conducted or services are performed, and all records, which includes but is not limited to financial, client and patient records, books, papers or documents related to this Contract. If the Contract includes federal funds, federal agencies that shall have a right of access to records as described in this section include: the federal agency providing the funds, the Comptroller General of the United States, the General Accounting Office, the Office of the Inspector General, and any of their authorized representatives. In addition, agencies of the State of Texas that shall have a right of access to records as described in this section include: the System Agency, HHSC, HHSC's contracted examiners, the State Auditor’s Office, the Office of the Texas Attorney General, and any successor agencies. Each of these entities may be a duly authorized authority. If deemed necessary by the System Agency or any duly authorized authority, for the purpose of investigation or hearing, Grantee shall produce original documents related to this Contract. The System Agency and any duly authorized authority shall have the right to audit xxxxxxxx both before and after payment, and all documentation that substantiates the xxxxxxxx. Grantee shall include this provision concerning the right of access to, and examination of, sites and information related to this Contract in any Subcontract it awards.

  • Use of Facilities and Equipment The Association will be allowed to use school facilities for meetings upon request to and approval of the Superintendent. The Association will be allowed to use school equipment, including typewriters, computers, mimeograph machines, other duplicating equipment, calculating machines, and all types of audio-visual equipment when such equipment is not otherwise in use. The Association shall pay the cost of all materials and supplies incidental to such use and shall be responsible for proper operation of all such equipment.

  • Rights in Documents and Work Any and all reports, photographs, surveys, and other data and documents provided or created in connection with this Agreement are and shall remain the property of City; and Contractor disclaims any copyright in such materials. In the event of and upon termination of this Agreement, any reports, photographs, surveys, and other data and documents prepared by Contractor, whether finished or unfinished, shall become the property of City and shall be delivered by Contractor to the City’s Contract Administrator within seven (7) days of termination of this Agreement by either party. Any compensation due to Contractor shall be withheld until Contractor delivers all documents to the City as provided herein.
