Rental Time. The number of years and months that make up the time period that Lessor must rent the space defined above at the Lessee must be documented. (10) Start date. Provide the first calendar date the Lessee occupies the premises according to this lease. (11) Expiry date. Enter the calendar date when this agreement must of course end. 4. Base Rent (12) Net monthly payment. Produce a record of the dollar amount that the Lessor requires as the basic rental (without any additional expense or consideration). (13) Monthly date. Filling the day to two digits of the month Lessor requires the rent to pay. 5. Option to renew (14) Not renewable. Only one of the statements of the check box offered in the fifth article can be set as the renewal status for this agreement between Lessor and Lessee. The first of these should be marked if Lessor does not want to renew the terms and conditions of this agreement when it finishes. (15)
Rental Time. The rental fee shall entitle Renter to three (3) hours use of Ruby’s Garden which includes any decorating and cleaning time as part of this three hour period. Xxxxxx understands, acknowledges, and agrees that Society does not guarantee the availability of the garden for rehearsal time prior to the event, and Renter must check with the Garden Manager no fewer than two (2) weeks prior to the event to determine the availability of the garden for this purpose. Renter may use the garden for additional time, subject to availability, at a rate $100 per hour for each additional hour of use.
Rental Time. A preparation (set-up time) for your event must be included in your rental time and must take place immediately prior to your event. Preparation time is defined as any time needed for decoration, delivery of supplies, cake set-up or food delivery. The facility will not be available at any time prior to the start of hour event as stated on your agreement form. When renting Black Shoals Retreat House, the rental fee does not include fishing fees.
Rental Time. The Rental Time is counted from the date that both parties have agreed upon as first day of rental until the date that the equipment should be returned to the Suppliers address. A preliminary booking that has not been confirmed within 48 hours before the first day of rental, is not considered as a booking and the Supplier reserves the right to rent out that equipment to another Client.
Rental Time. The time that is rented from the Living Arts of Tulsa includes: any set-up or preparation to take place before the event, the time of the actual event and any time needed to clean up after the event to the standard set by the Living Arts of Tulsa guidelines. All parties must be removed from the facility by the end of the rental time stated in the Living Arts of Tulsa User Agreement.
Rental Time. Rental time must include set-up time and clean-up time. (Wedding reception Additional three hours for caterer, cake, florist, D.J., etc. set-up and one hour for cleanup.. Rehearsals should be scheduled as soon as possible to ensure there is time available on the schedule. Such rehearsals shall be held approximately twenty-four (24) hours before the wedding. Rehearsals held after hours will be charged an unlock fee of $20.00 and a lock fee of $20.00.

RENTAL FEES & DEPOSITS A rental fee will be charged for the recovery of the college’s operating costs. Any external user of college buildings and facilities will be charged a fee unless a reduced rate or waiver is negotiated by the Office of Institutional Advancement and External Relations. A deposit of 30% of the total fee or $500, whichever is less, must be submitted with the signed agreement within 15 days of receiving the contract. If both the deposit and contract are not received by the deadline, the College reserves the right to cancel the reservation. Renters will be financially responsible for all damage to property or injury to persons arising out of the use permitted. The college reserves the right to charge fees for additional security and or custodial personnel based on the nature or size of an event. PAYMENT The contract balance must be paid in full to the Technical College of the Lowcountry no later than 15 days before the scheduled event date. Payments must be made with a business check, personal check, certified check or bank cashier’s check made payable to Technical College of the Lowcountry. Check payments should be mailed to the attention of TCL Events at PO Box 1288, Beaufort, SC 29901. Credit card payments are not accepted for External Facility Rentals. CANCELLATION & REFUND Reservations canceled more than fifteen (15) days prior to the event date will forfeit the deposit but may be refunded for any payment made towards the balance. Reservations canceled within fifteen (15) days of the event date will forfeit the deposit and rental fee. In the event that the College must close due to conditions beyond its control, and the event is canceled by the College, fees paid in advance will be refunded or the event will be rescheduled for a later date. To the extent possible, the College will honor room assignments. However, given the increasing demands for limited space, the College reserves the right at any time to assign comparable space elsewhere on the requested campus.
