Common use of Bank Information Clause in Contracts

Bank Information. The School shall submit a bank information form, which will provide all necessary information for the School’s bank account where payments from the Sponsor will be deposited. The bank account must be in the same legal name of the School, and the bank information form must be signed by the active Governing Board chair of the School. If/When the Governing Board chair of the School changes, a new bank information form must be submitted. The Sponsor shall not send payments to a trust account or to any bank account other than the one held and controlled by the School.
