Common use of Bank Records and Data Clause in Contracts

Bank Records and Data. I acknowledge that the Bank may elect to record or otherwise document information and email messages entered via Online Banking Services for record keeping purposes, and I authorize the Bank to record such information. The Bank’s records kept in the regular course of business will be presumed to accurately reflect the contents of my instructions to the Bank, and in the absence of manifest error, will be binding and conclusive.
