Banked Minutes Sample Clauses

The Banked Minutes clause establishes a system where unused service minutes from a given period can be carried over for future use. Typically, if a client does not utilize all the minutes allotted in a monthly or quarterly service plan, the remaining minutes are accumulated and made available for subsequent periods, often subject to a cap or expiration date. This clause provides flexibility for clients to maximize the value of their service agreements and helps prevent the loss of paid-for services due to fluctuating usage needs.
