Banked Minutes. Professional Collaboration Time After the Board of Trustees adopts annual goals/objectives, the Association and the District agree to work collaboratively to align all professional collaboration activities to the identified goals/objectives. 5.8.1 TK-5 ACE days shall be scheduled per month accordingly: (1) No more than three hours per month will be dedicated to meetings for the purpose of collaboration, professional development, and/or at and across grade-level articulation.   • INSTRUCTIONAL MINUTES a) When CONTRACTOR is an NPS, the total number of instructional minutes per school day provided by CONTRACTOR shall be at least equivalent to the number of instructional minutes per school day provided to LEA students at like grade level, attending LEA schools, unless otherwise specified in the student’s IEP/IFSP, and shall be specified in the LEA student’s ISA developed in accordance with the LEA student’s IEP/IFSP. b) For NPS students in grades pre-kindergarten through 12, unless otherwise specified in the LEA student’s IEP/IFSP, the number of instructional minutes, excluding recess, lunch, and passing time, shall be at least the minimum as specified in Education Code Sections 46110-46147, and in no case will be less than the amount as specified in the IEP/IFSP. In addition, the total number of annual instructional minutes shall be at least equivalent to the total number of annual instructional minutes provided to LEA students attending LEA schools in like grade level unless otherwise specified in the LEA student’s IEP/IFSP. c) When CONTRACTOR is a NPA and/or related services provider, the total number of minutes per school day provided by CONTRACTOR shall be specified in the LEA student’s ISA developed in accordance with the LEA student’s IEP/IFSP.

  • Books of Accounts The LLC shall maintain proper books of account, which shall comply with all applicable federal income tax regulation and with generally accepted accounting practices as applicable to limited liability companies.

  • Books of Account and Records Proper and complete records and books of account shall be kept or shall be caused to be kept by the Board of Directors or such representatives as it may appoint in which shall be entered fully and accurately all transactions and other matters relating to the Company’s business in such detail and completeness as is customary and usual for businesses of the type engaged in by the Company. The books and records shall at all times be maintained at the principal executive office of the Company.
