Schedule 3.31 sets forth the name and location (including municipal address) of each bank, trust company or other institution in which the Company Group has an account, money on deposit or a safety deposit box and the name of each Person authorized to draw thereon or to have access thereto and the name of each Person holding a power of attorney from the Company Group and a summary of the terms thereof.
