Banking Plans. 5.4.1 The Bank has the right to render services by creating and offering banking plans (a set of services offered by the Bank to the Client for a fee). The Bank has the right to determine that in order to receive the Bank's services, the Client must have activated/selected at least one banking plan offered by the Bank.

Banking Plans. You are responsible for a one-time initial banking cost based on your Banking Plan selection and will be charged once ACT receives the Child’s sample. The Basic Banking Plan charges a one-time payment of $4,500 and includes basic expansion of a limited number of MSCs for cryopreservation and suitable for potential future expansion. The Bio-Insurance 100 Banking Plan charges a one-time payment of $8,075 and includes prepayment for one hundred million (100,000,000) bio-insurance Stem Cells. The Bio-Insurance 250 Banking Plan charges a one-time payment of $13,600 and includes prepayment for two hundred fifty million (250,000,000) bio-insurance Stem Cells. The Bio-Insurance 500 Banking Plan charges a one-time payment of $22,125 and includes prepayment for five hundred million (500,000,000) bio-insurance Stem Cells.

  • International Olympic Committee; International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement As instructed from time to time by ICANN, the names (including their IDN variants, where applicable) relating to the International Olympic Committee, International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement listed at xxxx://xxx.xxxxx.xxx/en/resources/registries/reserved shall be withheld from registration or allocated to Registry Operator at the second level within the TLD. Additional International Olympic Committee, International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement names (including their IDN variants) may be added to the list upon ten (10) calendar days notice from ICANN to Registry Operator. Such names may not be activated in the DNS, and may not be released for registration to any person or entity other than Registry Operator. Upon conclusion of Registry Operator’s designation as operator of the registry for the TLD, all such names withheld from registration or allocated to Registry Operator shall be transferred as specified by ICANN. Registry Operator may self-­‐allocate and renew such names without use of an ICANN accredited registrar, which will not be considered Transactions for purposes of Section 6.1 of the Agreement.
