Future Expansion. During the term of this Agreement, the Clubs have the right to expand the number of Major League Clubs by adding up to two (2) new Expansion Clubs. Notice of a decision to expand by two Clubs shall promptly be given to the Association and the Association may reopen this Agreement with reference solely to the effect upon the Players of such expansion, upon the giving of 10 days’ written notice.
Future Expansion. To the Knowledge of ABI, the Land is presently comprised of sufficient additional acreage and, as of the Closing Date, has the necessary water, sewer, gas, electric, communications, telephone, irrigation, drainage and wastewater facilities and all other utilities required by Law and otherwise sufficient to allow for the Future Expansion (assuming that sufficient capital expenditures shall have been made, and the necessary Permits shall have been obtained, in order to give effect to the Future Expansion). To the Knowledge of ABI, the construction and development required to implement the Future Expansion will not cause or result in any material interruption nor would it reasonably be expected to have, individually or in the aggregate, a Company Material Adverse Effect on the Current Production.
Future Expansion. In the event that there is the addition of one or more new Member Clubs in the C.F.L., such Member Club or Member Clubs shall be required to acknowledge in writing to the C.F.L.P.A. their acceptance of all terms and conditions contained in this Agreement and such Member Club or Member Clubs shall be required to acknowledge in writing to the C.F.L.P.A. that it or they agree to be bound by all terms and conditions contained in this Agreement except for any term or condition contained in this Agreement which is unlawful in the jurisdiction where the new Member Club or Member Clubs are situate. The President/Executive Director of the C.F.L.P.A. shall be appointed as an ex officio Member of the C.F.L. Expansion Committee.
Future Expansion. The Utility shall only install one LNG storage tank and agrees that it will not install any additional LNG storage tanks at the site. No tank shall be larger than 150 feet in diameter and 155 feet in height.
Future Expansion. In the event that RP desires an increase in any service to be provided hereunder beyond MH’s capacity to provide it, or in the event MH desires to modify the Plant or any facility providing Utilities in any material respect, any such increase or modification shall be implemented, provided a prior written agreement covering the same (including, without limitation, which party or parties shall bear the costs thereof) shall have been entered into by both parties.
Future Expansion. The Employer agrees that in the event of future production or plant expansion the union will be fully informed and notified as least ninety (90) days before the start of the expansion.

Future Expansion. In the event that during the Term (i) additional Anchor Stores are constructed in the Shopping Center, or (ii) one or more expansions of Landlord's Building, each involving the addition of at least 50,000 square feet of Landlord's Floor Area, are constructed, then, upon the opening for business of each such additional Anchor Store or expansion of Landlord's Building, the Annual Basic Rental shall be increased by ten percent (10%) for each such Anchor Store or expansion opening and the Breakpoint shall be increased by a like percentage.
Future Expansion. Buyer has informed Seller that it intends to expand the number of campground cabins and boat storage spaces on site after the Closing and may seek approvals for such expansion of the Land as a recreational vehicle resort, campground, marina, and boat storage facility. Seller agrees, for itself, its successors and assigns, and any entity controlled by any of Seller, not to oppose, appear in opposition to or support opposition to Buyer or any entity controlled by or affiliated with Buyer with respect to any application for zoning and building permits or changes to any zoning ordinance, including, without limitation, applications for special permits or variances, with respect to such expansion and/or year-round operation.
Future Expansion. Landlord and Tenant acknowledge and agree that Tenant may desire in the future to expand the size of the Demised Premises and the Building to include certain property adjacent to the Property, now owned by various third parties as more particularly shown on the plat attached hereto as Exhibit B (the "Expansion Property"). Upon Tenant's request, Landlord agrees to use its best efforts to secure options to purchase the Expansion Property from the owners thereof on terms and conditions satisfactory to Tenant and to cooperate with Tenant in connection with any necessary rezoning of the Expansion Property required in order to allow Tenant to conduct its operations thereon.
