Common use of Bankruptcy Notification Clause in Contracts

Bankruptcy Notification. During the term of this contract, the Sub-Recipient shall immediately notify the AAAPP if the Sub-Recipient, its assignees, Subcontractors, or affiliates file a claim for bankruptcy. Within ten (10) days after notification, the Sub- Recipient must also provide the following information to the AAAPP: (1) the date of filing of the bankruptcy petition;
