Bank’s Authority to Pay Instruments. Notwithstanding Clause 8 hereof, in the same manner as in the case of an ordinary cheque, the Bank may pay and debit an Account in the amount of every Instrument that is payable by the Customer at the Bank and that is presented for payment to the Bank.
