Instructions from the Cash Manager. (a) The Cash Manager shall, no later than 3:00 p.m. (London time) on the second Business Day before the date upon which any payment is due to be made from any Bank Account (including, but not limited to, the payments due to be made on each Interest Payment Date), submit to the Account Bank or the GIC Provider, as the case may be, irrevocable written instructions, or instructions by way of the internet banking service or electronic banking service provided by the Account Bank or the GIC Provider, as the case may be, as to the payments to be made out of such Bank Account or Bank Accounts (as the case may be) on such date, such instructions to comply with the terms of this Agreement, the relevant Account Mandate and any other reasonable requirements of the Account Bank or the GIC Provider, as the case may be, from time to time. The Account Bank shall be under no obligation to check the compliance of the Cash Manager with the provisions of this Clause 4 following receipt by the Account Bank of instructions for any payment from any Bank Account.

Instructions from the Cash Manager. (a) The Cash Manager shall, before the date upon which any payment is due to be made from any Bank Account (including the payments due to be made on each Funding 1 Interest Payment Date and/or Funding 2 Interest Payment Date and/or Distribution Date), submit to the Account Bank irrevocable written instructions or instructions by way of the internet banking service provided by the Account Bank as to the payments to be made out of such Bank Account or Bank Accounts (as the case may be) on such date.
Instructions from the Cash Manager. The Swap Collateral Account Bank shall comply with the instructions described in Clauses 3.1 (Instructions from the Cash Manager) and 3.2 (Timing of Payment) above and shall effect the payments specified in such instructions not later than the time specified for payment therein (provided that the Swap Collateral Account Bank shall not have any liability to any person if it fails to effect timely payment due to insufficient funds standing to the credit of the Swap Collateral Account to which an instruction relates on the relevant date. The Swap Collateral Account Bank shall be under no obligation to check the compliance of the Cash Manager with the provisions of Clauses 3.1 (Instructions from the Cash Manager) and 3.2 (Timing of Payment) following receipt by the Swap Collateral Account Bank of instructions for any payment from the Swap Collateral Account.
Instructions from the Cash Manager. (a) The Cash Manager shall, no later than 11.00 a.m. (London time) on the second London Business Day prior to the Payment Date upon which any payment is due to be made from the Funding (Current Issuer) GIC Account, submit to the Account Bank irrevocable instructions in compliance with the Mandate as to the payments to be made out of such account on such date.
Instructions from the Cash Manager. Subject to Clause 6.5, the Account Bank shall comply with any direction of the Cash Manager to effect a payment by debiting any one of the Funding 1 Transaction Account, the Funding 1 GIC Account, the Funding 2 Transaction Account, the Funding 2 GIC Account or the Mortgages Trustee GIC Account (and/or any additional or replacement bank accounts opened in the name of either the Mortgages Trustee and/or Funding 1 and/or Funding 2 from time to time with the prior written consent of the Funding 1 Security Trustee and/or Funding 2 Security Trustee and the Rating Agencies, together, the BANK ACCOUNTS) if such direction (i) is in writing or is given by the internet banking service provided by the Account Bank and (ii) complies with the Funding 1 Transaction Account Mandate, the Funding 1 GIC Account Mandate, the Funding 2 Transaction Account Mandate, the Funding 2 GIC Account Mandate or the Mortgages Trustee GIC Account Mandate as appropriate.
Instructions from the Cash Manager. (a) The Cash Manager shall, before the date upon which any payment is due to be made from the Mortgages Trustee GIC Account (including the payments due to be made on each Distribution Date), submit to the Mortgages Trustee Account Bank irrevocable written instructions, by way of e-mail or instructions by way of the internet banking service provided by the Mortgages Trustee Account Bank, as to the payments to be made out of the Mortgages Trustee GIC Account on such date.
Instructions from the Cash Manager. Subject to Clause 2.4 (No Negative Balance) and Clause 6.3 (Consequences of an Intercompany Loan Enforcement Notice), the Account Bank shall, as directed by the Cash Manager, be entitled to effect a payment by debiting the Funding (Current Issuer) GIC Account provided that such direction from the Cash Manager complies with the Funding (Current Issuer) GIC Account Mandate (the "MANDATE"). The Account Bank shall be entitled to rely on any direction given in writing which, in its opinion (acting reasonably and in good faith), purports to be given by any Authorised Signatory referred to in the Mandate from time to time and in respect of which the person giving the direction quotes a code reference notified in writing by the Cash Manager from time to time to the Account Bank.

Instructions from the Cash Manager. Subject to Clauses 3.4 (Further Accounts), 3.5 (No Negative Balance), 7.4 (Consequences of a Note Acceleration Notice), 7.6 (Force Majeure ) and 19 (Withholding and Taxes), the Collateral Account Bank shall comply with direction of the Issuer (or the Cash Manager on behalf of the Issuer) or, following the service of a Note Acceleration Notice, the Security Trustee, given on a Business Day to effect a payment by debiting the Collateral Account if such direction (i) is in writing or is given by the internet banking service or electronic banking service provided by the Collateral Account Bank; and
Instructions from the Cash Manager. Following delivery of a Standby Account Depository Institution Notice and opening of the Standby Transaction Account and Standby GIC Account in accordance with Section 3.1, the Standby Account Depository Institution shall, subject to Sections 2.4 and 5.3, comply with any direction of the Guarantor (or the Cash Manager on its behalf) given on a Business Day to effect a payment by debiting any one of the Standby Transaction Account or the Standby GIC Account and any additional or replacement Guarantor Accounts opened from time to time with the prior written consent of the Bond Trustee, if such direction (i) is in writing, is given by telephone and confirmed in writing not later than close of business on the day on which such direction is given, or is given by the internet banking service provided by the Standby Account Depository Institution, and (ii) complies with the Standby Transaction Account Mandate or the Standby GIC Account Mandate as appropriate (such direction shall constitute an irrevocable payment instruction).
Instructions from the Cash Manager. (a) The Cash Manager shall, no later than 12 noon (London time) on the date upon which any payment is due to be made from an Issuer Account (including, but not limited to, the payments due to be made on each Interest Payment Date), submit to the Account Bank irrevocable written instructions, or instructions by way of the internet banking service or electronic banking service provided by the Account Bank as to the payments to be made out of such Issuer Account on such date; such instructions to comply with the terms of this Agreement or in the case of an electronic instruction, the relevant procedures of the Account Bank applicable from time to time, the Account Mandate and any other reasonable requirements of the Account Bank from time to time. The Account Bank shall be under no obligation to check the compliance of the Cash Manager with the provisions of this Clause 4, Clause 3.1 (Instructions from the Cash Manager) or Clause 3.2 (Timing of Payment) following receipt by the Account Bank of instructions for any payment from the Issuer Accounts.
