BARGAINING AGENCY AND DEFINITION. (a) The Employer recognizes the Union as the sole collective bargaining agency of all employees as set out in the Certificate of Bargaining Authority. (b) The term employee as used in this Agreement shall apply to any person performing work in any job which is covered by the Certificate and/or this Agreement. (c) All work within the bargaining unit shall be performed only by those persons coming within the bargaining unit who are members of the Union as prescribed herein, or who are eligible to become members under Article Three (3)
