BARGAINING UNIT MEMBER PERFORMANCE. 1. Within the first sixty (60) calendar days of the adopted school-calendar year, a group conference shall be held between the evaluator and the members being evaluated to explain the evaluation process. Bargaining Unit Members that are employed during the course of the school-calendar year shall have their meeting within the first thirty (30) days following employment. 2.
