Base Salary Review. The Board of Directors of Employer shall review the Base Salary annually and may make adjustments to increase but not decrease such Base Salary, in accordance with the compensation practices and guidelines of the Employer. The Base Salary shall not be reduced during the Term without Employee’s express prior written consent.

Base Salary Review. The Company agrees to review Executive’s Base Salary within twelve (12) months after his date of employment and annually thereafter, based on the Company’s performance and the Executive’s performance of his position and responsibilities. The Executive’s Base Salary may be decreased by the Board as a result of financial hardship experienced by the Company, provided that (A) such decrease shall be made only as a part of a general senior management salary or benefits reduction which does not affect Executive disproportionately and (B) such decrease shall be effective only for so long as such financial hardship shall exist, as determined by the Board.

Base Salary Review. Executive's salary will be subject to reviews by the Board at the first meeting of the Board in each calendar year, which typically takes place in January or February. Each review will be effective on and from the first payroll date following the first meeting of the Board in each calendar year provided that the increase (if any) of such salary will be a matter to be decided at the Board's absolute discretion.

Any increase in the amount of the Executive's then-effective Base Salary which results from that review will be effective on the immediately following January 1st and such new Base Salary shall become the minimum Base Salary for all purposes under this Agreement, subject to further increases, if any, resulting from further Base Salary reviews.

  • Performance and Salary Review Company will periodically review Executive’s performance on no less than an annual basis. Adjustments to salary or other compensation, if any, will be made by Company in its sole and absolute discretion.

  • Base Salary and Bonus As compensation for the Executive's services under this Agreement, the Executive shall receive and the Company shall pay a weekly base salary set forth on Exhibit A. Such base salary may be increased but not decreased during the Term or Renewal Period in the Company's discretion based upon the Executive's performance and any other factors the Company deems relevant. Such base salary shall be payable in accordance with the policy then prevailing for the Company's executives.   • Compensation Review The compensation of the Executive will be reviewed not less frequently than annually by the board of directors of the Company.
