Common use of Basic Credit Memorandum Clause in Contracts

Basic Credit Memorandum. Concurrent with the delivery of each Aircraft, Boeing will provide a credit memorandum equal to [***] of the escalated Airframe Price. Customer may apply such credit memorandum to the balance of the Purchase Price due at the time of delivery for such Aircraft, or in payment for Boeing goods and services, but not for advance payment on the Aircraft.
