Common use of Basic Duty Clause in Contracts

Basic Duty. 2.1.1 The Construction Manager shall for the Construction Cost (as defined in Section 2.10), and without additional cost to the Owner, provide the Services and cause the Work to be performed on a timely basis in accordance with the Contract Documents. 2.1.2 Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Construction Manager shall be responsible for the performance and administration of all general conditions required for the Work, except as specifically allocated to the Owner under this Agreement.
